Our Ocean Freight Services division offers a comprehensive package of transportation services that includes full container and break bulk cargo bookings, in addition to full and part charter shipments.

Shipments range from domestic trucking, less than container load (LCL), and full container (FCL) up to specialized over-dimensional and out-of-gauge cargo.

The operation is fully computerized for cargo tracking and documentation from the domestic/ inland bill of lading to the ocean bill of lading and all other related documents.
In conjunction with our Worldwide Service Partners, we arrange for cargo clearance and customs formalities at ports of discharge and coordinate the inland transportation to the jobsite.

Ocean Charters
Ocean vessels operate on regularly schedule routes; however, many destinations are not on regularly scheduled routes. Typically, these ocean vessels are smaller and more specialized to handle out-of-gauge cargo. DAKT Logistics has in depth knowledge and global availability of all charters and is able to accommodate most/all client needs including routes with irregular route schedules.
